Thank you for choosing Estudio Mavit. We are dedicated to creating beautiful, handcrafted, made-to-order furniture that brings personality and quality to your space. Please carefully review the following Terms & Conditions, which apply to all orders placed through our website.
By purchasing from our site, you agree to these terms.
Made-to-Order Policy
All of our furniture is handmade and made to order, which means each piece is crafted specifically for you. This allows us to offer a bespoke product with attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Please note: due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final once an order is placed.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for made-to-order items simply due to change of mind or aesthetic preferences. Please make your selection carefully, and feel free to contact us with any questions prior to ordering.
However, in the rare case your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with detailed photos and a description of the issue. We will review and resolve such cases on an individual basis.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, materials and production scheduling may have already begun, and the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
Product Variations
Because all items are handmade, natural variations in materials, finishes, and craftsmanship are to be expected and are part of what makes your piece unique. These variations are not considered defects.
Lead Times
Each product page will include an estimated lead time for production and delivery. Please note that all lead times are approximate and may vary due to availability of materials or workshop schedules. We will keep you updated in case of any significant delays.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer shipping options during checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect your delivery. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
International Orders:
Please be aware that customs policies vary from country to country. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an international order.
Ownership & Risk
Ownership and risk of the goods pass to the customer upon delivery. Please inspect your order carefully at the time of delivery.
Custom Requests
We welcome custom inquiries. Please note that all custom designs are subject to our same terms regarding final sale, lead time, and product variation.
