📦 Orders & Lead Time

How do I place an order?

You can place an order by contacting us directly through our website or email. Our team will guide you through the process and confirm all details before production begins.

How long will my furniture take to be made?

All our pieces are handmade to order. Production time typically ranges from 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the item and our workshop schedule. We’ll provide an estimated lead time when you place your order.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of confirmation. After that, materials may have already been sourced and work begun, so changes are not guaranteed.

💳 Payment

Can I pay directly on the website?

No, we do not currently process payments through the website. Once your order is confirmed, we will provide an invoice along with details for making an electronic bank transfer.

When is payment due?

Full payment is required before we begin production. Once your transfer is received, your order will be scheduled for crafting.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Payments are made via secure electronic bank transfer, and we never store your banking information.

🎨 Customization & Materials

Can I customize the size or finish?

Yes, many of our designs can be customized. Let us know what you’re looking for, and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Can I see the fabrics or materials before ordering?

Of course. Swatches can be sent upon request. Please contact our team to arrange a delivery.

Are your products really handmade?

Yes! Every piece is handmade by skilled artisans using carefully sourced materials. As such, slight variations are part of the beauty of each item.

🪑 Product Care & Warranty

How should I care for my furniture?

We’ll include care instructions with your piece. Generally, we recommend avoiding direct sunlight, heat sources, and using soft, non-abrasive cleaners.

Do you offer a warranty?

We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If you believe your item has a defect, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery so we can assess and advise next steps.
